These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cartersurach.com (the "Site") and the SMS text messaging program described below (the "Program"), both operated by Greenline Media Solutions ("Greenline Media Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 131 E Main Street, Marcellus, MI 49067. By using the Site or opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than through the interface we provide.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Description

The Program lets you exchange text messages with Carter's AI agent by SMS. It is operated by Greenline Media Solutions primarily for Carter Surach and his internal team, and may be made available to additional recipients at our discretion.

How to Join

Text the keyword JOIN to (855) 371-1133 (toll-free). You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you use to join.

Confirmation

After texting JOIN, you will receive one automated message asking you to confirm:

"Greenline Media Solutions: Reply Y to confirm you want to receive texts from Carter's AI Agent line. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Terms: cartersurach.com/terms Privacy: cartersurach.com/privacy"

Once you reply Y, you will receive a confirmation/welcome message:

"You're confirmed! You can now text this number to chat with Carter's AI Agent. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies based on your usage. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, HELP for help. Terms: cartersurach.com/terms Privacy: cartersurach.com/privacy"

Message Frequency

This is a two-way, user-initiated messaging program — message frequency varies based on how often you message the AI agent. There is no fixed broadcast schedule.

Cost & Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to the coverage and reliability of your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage may vary.

HELP

Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You will receive:

"Greenline Media Solutions AI Agent line: For help, email carter@greenlinemediasolutions.com or visit cartersurach.com/terms. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

STOP / Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation:

"You have been unsubscribed from Greenline Media Solutions text messages. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply JOIN to resubscribe."

After opting out, you may text JOIN again at any time to rejoin the Program.

Privacy

Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect through the Program and how it is used.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by Greenline Media Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenline Media Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Program.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page.
